Roasted Tomato & Smoked Garlic Burgers
First prize winners in 2007, these have a tomato salsa coating with a hint of smoke. Perfect in a wholemeal bun with salad and a spicy eggplant chutney (award winning Lesley Black relishes and chutneys are also available in store.)
