Oven-ready meat dishes

We carry a range of oven-ready dishes for busy people who are looking for a wholesome, tasty meal, without all the fiddly preparation.

The range is seasonal, and constantly expanding, so do come into the shop to see what is currently available. Examples of our oven-ready dishes include:

LAMB

  • Greek-style easy carve leg of lambGreek style easy-carve leg of lamb

    A boned and rolled lamb leg, with Greek-style flavours.

    To prepare a 2kg leg, simply bake in a moderate oven (170-180°) for around 1hr 50mins.

  • Greek-style lamb rackGreek-style lamb rack

    For a faster cooking time, another customer favourite is our Greek-style lamb rack.

    To prepare, sear in a hot oven (240°) for 10 minutes. Reduce heat to around 170°, and continue cooking for a further 35-40 minutes.

CHICKEN

  • Chicken rolloversChicken rollovers

    Tender, lean chicken fillets wrapped around sun-dried tomato and spinach.

    To prepare, bake for 25-30mins at around 170°.

  • Chicken rolloversChicken mignon

    Tender, lean chicken fillets wrapped with bacon rashers and flavoured with spices.

    To prepare, bake for 25-30mins at around 170°.

  • Other chicken dishes

    Other oven-ready chicken dishes may include Chicken Olives, and various kiev and schnitzel varieties.
